Sadie's First Trip to South Carolina!

Sadie got to meet Nana who is her great grandmother while we were visiting SC. She also got to meet all of her cousins and friends of the family. She was a very busy baby. It was a great trip. Both Luke and I were dreading the drive to Carolina but in the end it was one of the best drives we have ever had. We left after Luke got off and drove during the night. Sadie slept from the time we got her into the car until we arrived. We decided to stop and feed her but she probably would have slept the WHOLE way. Coming back was the same story. The car was a peaceful place for us all!!

Sadie got to spend the whole week with Cousin Cooper. They are about 12 weeks apart. Of course tons of pictures were taken of the two of them. Sadie didn't really know he was there but Cooper on the other hand would grab onto her hand. It was the sweetest thing.

Sadie is now 13 weeks old and she is still continuing to amaze us. Each day she does something different. She is all smiles pretty much all the time. Her personality is really starting to show. She is all girl and wants to be the center of attention all the time. She rarely takes naps because she is scared she is going to miss something.

Sadie loves bath time. It is so much fun watching her. She kicks and talks like crazy. She loves splashing around.








Sadie in her bumbo. She is doing great at holding her head up and is now working on sitting up. It won't be long before she can sit up all the way on her own.





Leroy loves his baby. He watches everyone who holds Sadie very closely.

Spending the Day with Mema & Papa

Sadie loves spending time with Mema and Papa. Mema has a magic couch that Sadie always goes to sleep on. It doesn't matter what time of day it is, Sadie and Luke can always seem to catch some shut eye. So I think they both look forward to Mema's house.
